• We sell handcrafted garments and products made from pure silks, cottons, and other traditional Indian fabrics.
• All our items are ethically made by skilled artisans using traditional weaving techniques.


2. Product Disclaimer


• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight irregularities in weave, pattern, color, or texture are natural and not considered defects.
• Product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting or screen settings.


3. Pricing and Payment


• All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless mentioned otherwise).
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, net banking, debit/credit cards, and selected wallet payments.

• We also accept Partial COD i.e a payment of 30% of the order value is needed to paid prior and rest on Delivery.


• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price at the time of purchase.


4. Order & Delivery

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate:
  • Ready products: 3–5 business days
  • Customized orders: 15–20 business days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural circumstances.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

6. Returns & Exchanges


• Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

7. Intellectual Property


• All content on this website — images, text, designs, logos — is the property of ElenSerica and cannot be used without permission.


8. Privacy Policy

• Customer data is secure with us and is only used to process and deliver orders or communicate with you.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Guwahati, Assam, India.
