At ElenSerica, every product is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans in Assam. Our pure handloom creations celebrate traditional weaving techniques where slight variations in texture, color, and weave are a part of the craft’s beauty and authenticity.
We sincerely hope you cherish the uniqueness of each piece. However, in case of a genuine concern, we do have a simple return and exchange process.

What is Eligible for Return?
We accept returns only if:
• The product has a major defect (tears, stains, damage, or wrong item received).
• There is a sizing issue due to an error from our end (not applicable for customized orders unless clearly proven).
What is Not Eligible for Return?
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Minor differences in weave, texture, or colour - these are natural in handmade products.
- Slight irregularities that highlight the authenticity of handloom craft. Change of mind or personal dislike of the product after delivery.
- Delays in courier delivery caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen events.
- If a courier is not accepted - whether for partial COD or fully prepaid online orders - Only 50% refund will be provided.
How to Request a Return
• Please email us at shopelenserica@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 48 hours of receiving your order or you can also ping us on Whatsapp.
• Kindly share your order number, along with clear photos and an unboxing video that clearly demonstrates the issue.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.
Refund & Exchange Options:
If your return is approved, you can choose:
• Exchange with another product of the same or higher value
• Refund to your original payment method (in rare cases where an exchange is not possible)
Note:
1. The product must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Refund Deduction for Shipping: In cases where a refund is processed, applicable shipping charges will still be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Partial COD Orders: In the case of partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if the courier is not accepted at the time of delivery, only 50% refund will be provided.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement: For refund approval, submitting an unboxing video of the received product is mandatory.
