handcrafted with utmost care. However, if you’ve received a product with a
major issue, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible
Returns:

  • Only damaged, defective, or wrong items
    are eligible for return.
  • Slight irregularities in weaving, motifs, or color may occur
    due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

to Initiate a Return:

  1. Share Photos/Videos

    Provide clear images or videos of the issue for verification.
  2. Return Approval

    Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return shipping process. The
    item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  3. Refund or Exchange

    After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll initiate either
    an exchange or refund (as applicable).

Items:

  • Customized orders
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Color variation due to screen settings
  • Handloom irregularities that are natural to the craft
